• Follow and adhere to the department and hotel policies & procedures and minimum standards.
• POS System.
• Professional & Complete F&B Service Skills. • Have knowledge and skills of AV, lighting systems and set up as required
• To keep all Banquet storage areas tidy and organized in order to maintain all C&B equipment in good conditions.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and actively upsell food/ beverage available in the event.
