Mô tả công việc
- • Ensure that pricing and contracting policies defined by the DOSM, RM and Regional Head of Digital Marketing are correctly applied in the online channels.
- • Be the main contact person for the Regional Direct Sales teams (melia.com, call center, loyalty campaigns, campaigns development), as well as for OTA’s topics and any other On Line Distributor (Flash Sales, etc...).
- • Develop, recommend and supervise the application of action plans for online channels when needed.
- • Report and follow up the online performance of the hotel.
- • Find and evaluate new online opportunities, new business models, and new developments on the current partners.
- • Make sure that all the corporate digital tools (ej. Melia.com Dashboard, Forenova, Sales Force Marketing, etc...) are used by the hotel digital sales and marketing executives with the corresponding trainings.
- • Propose and coordinate action plan in coordination with the Area Digital S&M responsible, including digital marketing investment for the direct channels with a hotel vision from any worlwide key emission markets.
- • Supervise contracting of OTAs, ensuring to reach objectives in the hotel • Monitor Rate Integrity together with the Revenue Manager • Coordinate with Marketing Manager for running sales campaigns/actions through social media

- Knowledge of Hotels, Revenue Management, OnLine Marketing.
- 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies.
- Fluent English.
