1. Guest Service Excellence:

• Ensure high standards of service are provided to guests throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to facilitate smooth communicatio

2. Team Leadership & Supervision:

1. Supervise, train, and motivate the front office team, including receptionists, bell staff, and concierge.
2. Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times.
3. Assist in the scheduling and rostering of front office staff.
4. Provide guidance and support to the team during peak times or when issues arise.

3. Operational Management:

• Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest room assignments.
• Monitor room availability and assist in room overbooking situations as necessary.
• Ensure front office areas, including lobby and reception, are clean and organized.

4. Health, Safety, and Security:

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by monitoring hotel policies and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
• Oversee the handling of guest valuables, lost and found, and key control.

5. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain and review daily reports, including guest feedback, incident reports, and guest complaints.
• Assist with revenue management, ensuring that room rates and availability are optimized.
• Ensure proper documentation of guest interactions, requests, and complaints.
• Assist with departmental inventory, supplies, and equipment management.

6. Collaboration & Communication:

• Liaise with other department heads (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) to address guest needs and operational issues.
• Communicate special requests, VIP arrivals, or issues to relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Attend daily operations meetings to stay informed on resort activities and updates.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: College or higher level with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office or guest services within the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication in English, other language is a plus.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of guest services and front desk operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
