Take dictation and transcribes notes of correspondence, reports and conferences;
Set up and maintain files, record, correspondence report and other documents required;
Places, accepts and screens telephone calls and refer calls to others as appropriate in a most courteous manner;
Contact managerial and staff personnel for collection of data statistics and reports. Perform follow up on report or special assignments.
