Mô tả công việc

  • Assist in processing all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
  • Assist in processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Assist in processing all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Assist in answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Assist in coordinating with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Assist in communicating parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Assist in supplying guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Assist in running daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identifying any special requests, and checking reports for accuracy.
  • Assist in completing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Assist in cashing guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
  • Assist in checking bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Assist in balancing and dropping receipts according to Accounting specifications.
  • Assist in following all company safety and security policies and procedures; reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Assist in following all company policies and procedures; ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Assist in welcoming and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Assist in peaking with others using clear and professional language; answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others.
  • Assist in ensuring promptly with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Managers.
