The Reservation Supervisor is reponsible for the following tasks:
• Familiar with the Resort's rules and regulations and standard operating procedures;
• Proficient in handling various reservation confirmation, and can operate all kinds of booking system;
• To ensure that all reservations type-in Opera accurately, update and maintain its accurate and effective;
