. Ensure that there are no double payments made: Stamp “PAID” and “POSTED” on all supporting documents to prevent double payment
. Answer inquiries from creditors and reconcile balances with them
. File payment vouchers and supporting documents
. Ensure that all documents necessary for billing are completed
. Printing all account reconcile get signature
. Send official receipt to customers,Send billing statements to clients
. File sales contracts by category and customer’s names alphabetically
. Printing all report and filing them with sigature of FC, GM
. Send red invoice to TA after check out by post
. Archive the AR documents
. Update all sale contract in to the file
. Physical inventory count
