Mô tả công việc
To meet with superior(s) and takes on daily assigned tasks.
To sign for room keys.
To retrieve, restock cart and push to assigned guest rooms/serviced apartments.
To check all working equipment prior to and after its use to ensure they are in good conditions.
To greet guests in hallways or in passing with smile.
To clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, furniture, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes and cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
To strip and make beds, changing bed linens.
To dust all furniture, artworks, drawers, window/door ledges, corners thoroughly.
To check under beds to remove trash or other debris.
To push and pull vacuum cleaners throughout entire room(s) and empty trash.
To maintain floral arrangement.
To replenish bathroom amenities and supplies in guest rooms/serviced apartments.
To check and maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and functioning.
To visually inspect guest rooms/serviced apartments for cleanliness and appearance before recording time out of completion of room.
To ensure guest services assigned by superior(s) or requested by guest(s) are promptly and courteously met.
To follow all Lost and Found procedures regarding guest property; absolute respect for guest property should always be exercised.
To report for work on time, and according to posted schedule; To follow Work Sheet.
To report damage or malfunction in guest rooms/serviced apartments to superior(s), if any.
To report discrepancy about room/apartment status to superior(s) immediately upon discovery.
To report guest complaints/requests/comments to superior(s) immediately.
To report unusual behavior/activities on floors to superior(s).
To attend Hotel and Departmental meetings and training sessions fully.
To comply with Hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.
To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
