Mô tả công việc

- Respond to telephone calls and handles guest requests promptly and courteously
- Log down all information received with the name of the caller and information
- Update the arrival and departure list from FO and inform to the HSKP Assistant and Supervisor assigned in the area.
- Write down in logbook all unusual things such as: Guest instructions / Guest requests, Extra items issue to the guest.
Issues, receives, records and controls all housekeeping and public area keys and controls all housekeeping pagers.
- Ensures that all prescribed housekeeping books are used according to policies properly kept updated.
- Update housekeeping room status control sheet.
- Prepares and issues VIP rooms set up in liaison with Front Office and Floor Supervisors

- Record and report all maintenance reports and follow up, make out maintenance work order and send them to engineering immediately.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, or related field.

- 1 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others

- Good speak, read and write English

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
