• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
• Welcome guests to the Children`s Club/Planet Trekkers facilities and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Assist for any other recreational activities where needed
• Operation of the Children`s Club activities and daily guest activities (instructing, informing and assisting the guest)
• Assist the supervisor/manager with special projects, events, special classes and parties planning for the recreational program of the guests
• Participate actively in employee activities
• Attend scheduled departmental trainings
• Follow up and maintain the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the Children`s Club and the surrounding areas
• Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the Children`s Club and recreation department overall
• Ensure an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guest
• Ensure all guests have registered into the facility
• Assist in promoting the facility and organizing special events as required
• Follow company policies and procedures;
• Ensure the uniform and the personal appearance is clean and professional
• Protect company assets.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in hospitality field

2. Service years in the field:

1 years related experience in hotel recreation operations

3. Knowledge and skills:

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

4. Language:

Good English and Vietnamese
