Maintain complete knowledge of the following (to include but not limited to):
• Responsible for all administrative duties in the sales department.
• Keeps a record/customer information on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them by using the sales systems support.
• Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.
• Handles sales lead and identify client’s need effectively and efficiently.
• Handles inquiry calls and identify the accounts and assign to the right market segments
• Support Sales Department to monitors and reports on market and competition.
• Participates in planning and realization of sales campaigns together with the Sales Department within defined market segments.
• Active participation and submission of reports at sales meetings.
• Support Sales Department to record all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales activities.
• Assists in coordinating sales activities and events.
• Assists in coordinating the development of all promotional material.
• Response client’s call and inquiry effectively and within 24 hours e.g. email correspondence, proposal, take inquiry, appointment, site inspection
• Helps in the preparation with contracts and proposals.
• Provides on-going advice and support to the department.
• Abides by both the hotel and Accor policies and procedures.
• Able to conduct site inspection (if onsite) and presentation of the hotel in the absence of Sales team members
• At all times to promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
• Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and databases, both hard copy and electronic.
• May be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required based on business demand and other tasks that might be assigned by Director of Sales and Marketing or (Assistant) Director of Sales.
Other Responsibilities
• The Sales Coordinator is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in related field.
- Minimum 01 years experience working as the same position in Hotels/Resort
- Communicate in fluent English.
- Have knowledge about Sales Tool
