Mô tả công việc

• To ensure that revenue of the day is completely and correctly accounted for and produce the daily flash revenue report for management distribution

• To review that all rebates and allowances to ensure they are properly authorized, and to report any deviations from hotel policies and procedures

• To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner

• To verify that all transactions performed at the other operating departments are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated in to PMS system; to balance outlet POS report with PMS transaction report

• To review the end-of-day closing process and check all related reports

• To prepare the daily flash revenue report and ensure its timely distribution to all concerned management

• To post all adjustment to the Revenue journal and to post into the Allowance journal any adjustment which may occur after daily Night Auditing process

• To verify that all duty meal & ENT checks are fully justified, properly recorded into POS system and to prepare subsequent reports, as necessary, for hotel management

• To ensure the daily VAT invoice using are updated, VAT using report is recorded accordingly

• To attend the outlet cashiers’ cash floats surprise check

Yêu cầu công việc

Education / Professional experience
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong computer and organization skill
• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, and good in English
• Good knowledge of tax regulations, experience of MC and Opera is a plus
