- Manage contract/ price and Tariff updates from hotels, golf, restaurants, spas, transportations and all other ground service suppliers
- Update them to the company's database
- Reserve and book hotels, golf, transportations, tour guides and all other ground services
- Pre-checking services to make sure all services are well done before client's arrival
- Dealing with troubles which may happen on tour implementing
- Observe the running of bookings to notice and solve the problems timely, making sure our clients have a fantastic holidays
- Take part in co-ordination programs with agents, hotels and other suppliers
- Budget tour funds for tour guides. Preparing the documents before and after tours
- Co-operating with Accounting Department in payment to suppliers to make sure all the payments are made correctly and timely
- Other duties assigned by team leader

Yêu cầu công việc

• Having experience working in Inbound Travel Agency or Golf & Hotel reservation is prioritized (at least 01 year)
• Good reading and writing skill in English
• Being Honest, Patient, Careful, Flexible and Sociable is required
• Proficiency in MS WORD, MS EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT and other MS OFFICE applications
• Possess a great passion to Tourism in general, and to the job as a Tour Operator
