Mô tả công việc

• Reports to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform
• Trains Engineers in accordance with hotel guidelines.
• Conducts guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.
• Performs inspections of operating machinery, equipment and systems.
• Maintains an accurate and up to date tool and equipment log.
• Responds to work orders as requested and complete all paperwork associated with the order.
• Responds to maintenance requests from guests, as requested by the hotel’s duty manager.
• Ensures all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.
• Ensures all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair.
• Implements other duties as required and directed by the Chief  Engineer

Yêu cầu công việc

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with other; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Good communication and writing skills
• Literate in the use of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent
• 3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
