- Responsible for checking in/out guests;
- Handle room keys and guest information in the system with security measures;
- Communicate with guest to improve the service standard;
- Handle cash advance and cash received upon check out;
- Perform any duties required by GSM

Yêu cầu công việc
- BA or diploma in Hospitality, English or related fields
- Good English communication skills
