- Verify sales from Room Department are correct by examining the Daily Revenue Report and other records in PMS. - Verify sales from Food & Beverage Department are correct by examining F&B Revenue Report and other records in Micro POS. - Verify sales from Minor Operated Department are correct by examining the Daily Revenue Report & sales vouchers & records in PMS if applicable. - Verify the voucher totals agree with the Daily Revenue Report and F&B Revenue Report. - Verify the guest ledger balance agrees with total of all account detail balances for each room - Check that official checks are processed according to stipulated procedures. Prepare monthly official Check Report. - Record the cash revenue amounts of each cashier for which a final inspection with completed in the General Cashier Report prepared by the General Cashier.
