- Receive all the booking/ Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu đặt phòng - Prepare confirmation letter to guest/ Chuẩn bị thư khẳng định đặt phòng và gửi lại cho kháck - Update information & request of guest to database system/ Cập nhật các thông tin và yêu cầu của khách vào hệ thống - Manage and store documents on files/ Lập và bảo quản các hồ sơ đặt phòng
