Role Summary

To achieve, if not exceed, annual, pre-determined hotel sales targets through effective servicing of existing accounts and solicitation of new business in the designated territories; To sell the hotel with the highest degree of professionalism to ensure maximum Hotel exposure and sales productivity short and long term.

OPERATIONAL

1. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

2. Researching prospects and generating leads.

3. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

4. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

5. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

6. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

7. Building and maintaining a customer database.

8. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9. Participating in sales team meetings.

10. Other tasks as assigned
