Basic Functions:
Serve our guests in accordance with company standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, in a gracious and professional manner.
Display aggressive hospitality and professionalism with guests, management and co-workers.
Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, cleanliness, yourself and your area of responsibility.
Serve our guests food and beverage, waiters and waitresses via the bar.
Supervisor the bar operation from stock, cashier to training of staff.
Comply with food & beverage department standard operating procedures and conduct yourself in accordance with bartender Do’s & Don’ts guidelines. Bring into effect the superior product and service by making the difference in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the hotel.
