Our Wedding Planner is a flexible and motivated individual who is active in handling inquiries and converting them into confirmed sales and responsible in producing events from request to completion; as well as delivers consistently high quality of service to customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Being the main point of contact for Grooms & Brides who are interested in holding weddings in Royal Lotus Hotel Danang • Ensure that all weddings enquiries are dealt with professional and efficiently in line with the departments standards • Effectively manage former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and timely correspondences • Coordinate appointments for shows round of hotel and function rooms • Prepare and modify wedding contracts as requested 2. Wedding management • Be responsible for the whole wedding process, including planning, designing and executing weddings while managing all project delivery elements within time limit • Communicate closely and follow-up strictly with customers to ensure all of their requirements are satisfied • Inform and coordinate all involved departments in the wedding • Organize facilities, logistics and manage all wedding’s details such as catering, entertainment, equipment, etc… • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot during the whole process • Keep track of financial status: Check requests, invoicing, and reporting • Conduct pre- and post – wedding evaluations and reports 3. Promoting Royal Lotus Hotel Danang Convention Center • Prepare seasonal wedding package • Represent Royal Lotus Hotel Danang in showcases and exhibitions • Actively plan and execute sales activities to attract potential customers • Develop and maintain relationships with outsourcing parties and individual wedding planner

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience • University Graduation • At least 1 year of working experience in Tourism and Hospitality, Sales and Marketing or Event Planner Skills and Knowledge • Excellent Hospitality skill and customer-oriented mindset • Computer Literate • Excellent communication skill in Vietnamese and English • Excellent organizational skill and pay attention to details • A result-oriented and proactive attitude
