The Receptionist is responsible for dealing with guest requirements and responding to their questions for Spa treatments. Our receptionists are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and sales oriented. To be the main communication point by providing prompt information on all spa treatments on the menu, time availability, product used etc. and assigning therapists to fulfill the booking.
