Job description: - Oversee the staff and business activities of our spa to ensure services as 5 star standard; 

- Plan, implement and evaluate spa-marketing activities to promote the efficiency and profitability of the spa to maximize the spa revenue; 

- Ensure guests have an excellent experience whenever they visit the spa; 

- Ensure all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, initiating corrective actions if required;

- Keep abreast of new spa products and techniques being introduced to the market; 

- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards; 

- Perform business tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, coordinating payroll functions and others and manage the budget of the spa; 

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Spa department; 

- Be proactive and creative in proposing different promotions, programs and up-selling all services to increase the business; 

- Train and support spa staff in spa products/ services to effectively enhance staff performance; 

- Perform additional duties upon requested (if any);

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirement:

- Diploma or degree related to spa management or related fields;

- Spa-related courses in massage therapy or alternative therapies;

- Minimum 3 years experience as Spa Manager in 4-5 Star Hotel/ Resort;

- Good command of written and spoken English language;

- Excellent management and leadership skills;

- Revenue management experience;

- Strong ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, and excellent negotiation skills

- High level of grooming
