Mô tả công việc
OPERATION
- Shows excellent knowledge of menu and sequence of service standards
- Sets up and checks the venue for service. Clears and resets counters or tables at the conclusion of each course and meal.
- Assists in managing bookings, inquiries and reservations for the venue.
- Arrange guest’s seating plan, takes orders, and ensure food and beverage service to guests according to the established sequence and procedures
- Presents menu, answers inquiries, and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service to customers.
- Responsible for managing a section, and assisting staff with smooth operation.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the venue.
- Full understanding of ordering functions of the POS System.
- Serves guests in the assigned section, and area in a very courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Acquire a good knowledge of food & beverage promotions, events, and functions in the venue.
- Ensuring consistent communication with HODs regarding the operation, training ideas, booking inquiries, and receiving goods.
- Hand over information for the next shift via staff group/log book.
- Checking all stationery, equipment & request orders.
- Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff.
ANOTHER/ CÔNG VIỆC KHÁC
- Flexibility to support other sections, departments, and venues if required.
- Mandatory attendance of all training programs and courses.
- Other duties related to venue upkeep are assigned by the manager.
- Maintain a good working relationship with guests, colleagues, and other departments/venues.
- Report all problems and concerns through the correct chain of command (Service => Captain => Manager)
