As an employee for several international hotels for over 10 years, I provide attentive customer service, assisting customers who have questions about anything related to their works, business trip or vacations. I love making people’s lives just a little bit easier with my thoughtful and thorough customer service.
. I maintained a detailed, accurate record of everything on a shift at work. We made sure that every guest come to the hotel would meet their needs and satisfaction. Not just that, for the company’s side, we organize the rooms, budget and supplement to remain a smooth operation and prevent even a smallest potential wasting of resources. It was my responsibility and organizational skills that ensured that we had a healthy budget and the guest’s satisfaction.
I also possess a strong attention to detail. For example, when If any guest would approach the Front desk with any concern or any need, I never let any details slip through the cracks. I assigned specific steps to each tasks, and even the specific time schedules for it
