Main responsibilities: - Responsible inventory breakage report of club, preparing monthly breakage report, checking monthly variances of inventory in the club. - Working in Club Intercontinental Lounge, taking part in all serving positions (runner, buffet man, waiter, barista, bartender ) - Welcoming guests, introducing the menu, receiving orders, serving by order, make the customer feel satisfied and handling when the customer complaint. - Remember preference of the customer for well prepare when they come back to club. - Interaction with guest as much as possible. - Clean outlet.
- Working in buffet restaurant, taking part in all serving positions (runner, buffet man, waiter, hostess, cashier ) - Having experience in organizing a banquet. specialized in setting up (meeting, workshop, treat event. ) - Clean outlet.
- Working in Horizon Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. - Welcoming guests, introducing the menu, receiving orders, serving by order, make the customer feel satisfied and handling when the customer complaint. - Clean outlet.
- Answer the incoming phone, fax, and email of customer. - Advise customers about theseFacility of the hotel. - Transfer of important documents for other department. - Prepare necessary documents. - Support the preparation and deploymentcarry out campaigns and programsadvertisement
