Dear Recruiters, As a person who loves cooking, I feel that culinary is really can create a bridge between people. And starting from the job positions at kitchen department and restaurant in hospitality industry, I want to contribute to creating that values of culinary from the daily work to all diners, not only in terms of nutritional needs, safe hygiene but also in spirit. Every job related to the cuisine gives me the experience and its meaning, with the aim of developing work in this industry, I will try to get myself up to higher positions more in the industry from the job is received. On the positive side, I have learned knowledge in the food industry in general, through intensive subjects such as advanced nutrition, food biochemistry to have a good background about food. I have the understanding of the process of quality management, food safety and hygiene through course on assessment and control of food safety management system. And I am also self-accumulating knowledge on day-by-day by books, documents, and actively cultivating through online courses on food safety management, kitchen management with a spirit of determination to make myself fit more with the goal and orientation of working development in the culinary industry.
