Main responsibilities: - Check-in & out for guests - Offer Hotel's services to guest upon checking-in - Escort guest to room after done check-in procedure - Support guest with his/her luggage - Do all cashier activities - Wake-up calls service - Provide information on guest's request - Explain to guest the service provided - Prepare guest's arrivals and departures files

- To be in charge of coordinating with Housekeeping Department to ensure the room is ready before arrival. - To work closely with F&B Department to ensure services provided are to the satisfaction of the guests. -To keep alert for guests entering and leaving the Hotel. To be willing to offer assistance at all times. - To make check-in, check-out process and to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. - To be responsible for ensuring that every reservation contains the correct and applicable information. This will alleviate guest concerns during the check in and check out procedure. - To be responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the OPERA and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.
