I'm a bartender at Potique Hotel - a 5 star boutique hotel with Indochine architecture style in Nha Trang. My main duties are running 2 outlets : 1st floor Lobby bar - Potique Cafe & 24th floor infinity pool bar - Blue bar & supporting 4th floor Nha Trang restaurant in the morning as a barista. Openning shift, preparing tools and devices, making drinks such as Vietnamese coffee, Italian coffee, juice, tea, cocktail, mocktail, serving Wine,... I also plan for new menu every month, new cocktail & mocktail for promotion and trainning F&B knowledge for interns.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I temporarily work here. My main job is to make the working roster for employees, do purchasing and communicating with the Korean owner.

I was in the trainning time and pre-opening of the hotel, but because of the Covid-19 pandemic, all hotel operations are stopped

I have worked here as a part-time staff. My main job is to prepare drinks for customers, perform cashier work and check par stock everyday

During my graduation thesis at Nha Trang University, I chose Vingroup Corporation to apply for the position of Bartender at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay. My main job is to go on a daily shift to set up the bar, prepare tools for the preparation, arrange the bar neatly, full of all ingredients and goods to ensure for the job to be completed in the best way, to serve customers' requests thoughtfully, and to manage the enterprise's warehouse when taking or receiving goods, recording documents and information. At the end of the shift, the bar will be cleaned, the assets of the working area will be preserved. In addition, when the number of guests here is moderate or small, I can do Cashier's work to customers payment and storing invoice information. Although my working period was not long due to my family issue, I was forced to quit, but I have learned and gained more experience.

I started my hospitality career with the first 2 months of completing my internship as Bartender in Amanoi Resort from the AMAN Group. My major is specializing in mixing drinks and serving all kinds of beverages to guests in here. After 2 months, I have some basic skills, my communication skill is also better, and I had more passion and love for the path I have chosen.
