Điện tàu thủy trình độ đại học là ngành, nghề mà người hành nghề vận hành, hiệu chỉnh các hệ thống điện, bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa các trang thiết bị điện và hệ thống điện trên tàu thủy theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật, lắp đặt hệ thống thiết bị điện trên tàu thủy đạt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của đăng kiểm; thực hiện kiểm tra nghiệm thu sau khi lắp đặt và sửa chữa, đáp ứng yêu cầu bậc 5 trong Khung trình độ quốc gia Việt Nam.
Người hành nghề Điện tàu thủy thường làm việc trên các tàu biển, làm việc trong các nhà máy đóng mới và sửa chữa tàu biển. Môi trường làm việc thường chật hẹp, tiếng ồn lớn, độ rung động cao, chịu nhiều tác động của thời tiết khắc nghiệt, công việc mang tính độc lập và tập thể, có tính chất kỷ luật cao. Người lao động phải có đủ sức khỏe, có tâm về nghề nghiệp và có đủ năng lực kiến thức kỹ thuật để thực hiện nhiệm vụ, có khả năng thích ứng nhanh với công việc để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.
Khối lượng kiến thức tối thiểu: 2.500 giờ (tương đương 90 tín chỉ).

My position is Team Leader to operate all electric power system for HN Metro Line #3 such as MV loop (22kV) and 750 VDC Traction Power Supply by manual, remote in each train station SCADA in OCC (Operation Control Central) building.
Main manage electrical operator to make sure other CP or subcontractor work in safe on a day by day, guide for electrical isolator how to isolate electrical equipment on site for each section
Analyze and record of any troubleshooting relevant during operation and train dynamic test.
Update of configuration in real time on (HMI and Monitoring Secreen) and regular check electric equipment to make sure all of it as well, check ECO box along track, safety function activated . Support T&C team carry out to check signal and function test of equipment and system
Apply instructions more safety solution if have more risk form construction work, whenever needed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Coordinate with CP (another package CP01 …CP09), subcontractor internal of CP06, EVN:
Receive and get feedback information to anther CP, THA, SIG, RSK, APW, T&C, other subcontractor, EVN…about Test Train Daily Operation Schedule,
Main in charge to analyze risk of installation, test and commissioning work for T&C team and ACR, SIG, THA,RSK, other CP…before approve Permit To Work or Permit To Access. (Risk Assessment Presentation).
Weekly meetings with contractors and CPs on site to solve any problems appear, arrange time and workspace with related stakeholder.
Produce necessary Rules & Regulations covering protection from electrical risk: Protection of all personnel against danger of live power distribution system, third rail and update these documents in a timely and accurate way according to evolution of site situation.
Trainning and Coaching for AP, OCC operator about analyze risk, LOTO process, hazard from electric energy, interlocking key procedure, specification of system, 750 VDC traction system, SCADA, specific equipment, isolation rule etc.

Safety:
Guide contractors in accordance with electrical safety standards of Saint-Gobain
Daily meetings with contractors on construction progress, update project information and construction safety issues
Primarily responsible for electrical safety on the construction site, check electrical safety work temporarily during construction
Monitoring safety during construction in the package in charge, finding out safe construction methods
Management:
To manage the local engineer as a Team Leader. Assign work in the manpower such as the electrical engineers, auto engineers, mechanical engineers who carry out field supervision
Manage the plan, schedule, progress, check quality of construction, coordination with the constructor if have trouble with progress, to make the risk assessments that may affect the project.
Make the form of check list, inspection sheet based on the project's Spec in the tender packages. Check design drawings, As-build drawings, inspection document, operating documents & operating instructions
Instruct the constructor to carry out steps to request the testing of works according to the investor's process
Make weekly reports, monthly reports on the progress of the packages they are in charge of, assessing the progress and risks affecting the progress. Report directly to the project manager any problems that arise during the implementation of the bidding package.

M&E, Utility, HVAC, CCTV, PA, CDA, Fire Fighting system, Boiler & Steam system for autoclave

Maintain & operate all M&E system such as: TR, Main Board Panel, AHU, FCU, Chiller, Boiler, Air-con, Generator, Pump , Environment, Fire alarm system, distribution systems of electricity, water, gas etc. to ensure it is in good working condition.
Plan and implement the preventive maintenance programs for all buildings, equipment and machinery as prescribed by the manufacturers
To conduct inspection of building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and observe closely the condition of all operating equipment/ system.
To control and monitor closely all utility consumption and energy efficiency of all equipment/ system and to ensure optimum energy usage by all departments, forwarding any suggestions for replacement of energy in effective equipment and to report all wastage of energy to management.
Monitor and coordinate the service performed by outside contractors in accordance with the contract, lease, service agreement, and warranties.
Carry out training for staff and relevant HOD’s on appropriate operation of equipment, tools or devices in a safe manner.
Report on the administration and operation of the Maintenance Department on a regular basis as per established policies.
Work with Financial Controller to produce and manage Engineering’s Budget and CAPEX
Perform any other tasks assigned by upper management.

Manage the local engineer as a Supervisor Team Leader
Responsible for the design reviews of all contractors in relation to the High, Medium & Low voltage systems related to the project for all areas.
Installation, operation, commissioning, maintenance and overhaul equipment of M&E system such as: SCADA, BMS,HV-MV-LV Panel, DTR Oil, MCC, CDA, AHU, HVAC, Chiller, Boiller, Generator, UPS, PA, Fire Alarm, CCTV, CR room Device, PLC…etc.
To supervise subcontractors on site and make the inspection report to CM (Construction management)
Updated and monitoring Master Schedule of electric work
To manage the As-Built drawing, prepare bidding document, servey vendor supplyer
Interact with QA/QC staff to monitor the quality of products in sub-contractor's premises
To assist Korean Manager and Client to solve about the contract, agreement with partners or EVN (Viet Nam Electric)
Prepare documents for the contract and negotiate with EVN member or vendors. Monitoring LG Display 110KV Substation & Transmission line 110KV
Organize the meeting with EVN, partner or Subcontractor.
To research, analyze the Viet Nam regulation, law and translate documents as such: contract, agreement, BOQ, MOM, official letter…

Running test, commissioning, maintenance and overhaul equipment of M&E system
Supervise installation work and inspect regularly sites with Utility, HVAC, Substation 22/6/0.4KV, HV-MV-LV Distribution Panel, Automation system, PA system, Fire alarm system, Telephone & Internet, CCTV…
Lead and coordinate all electrical distribution equipment requirements related to GIS, Rectifier Transformers, HV/MV switchgear, distribution transformers, protective relays, main distribution boards, motor control centers, motors, adjustable speed drives, and industrial lighting.
Make weekly report, monthly report, plans, schedule for planning team.
Observe the materials & equipment order and delivery plan for projects.
To attend meetings with owners and sub-contractors.
To check As-Built drawing, Quotation, CO-CQ, document and update electric plan day by day.

Direct manage, operate, maintenance, overhaul to all electrical systems and equipment on board.
Make plan for maintenance schedule.
Control to worker of electricians to duty.
Prepare a plan to repair, maintenance for mechanical systems and electrical equipment on board.
Order spare parts and material, to contact with agency
Prepare documents and reports for register VR, NK, BNV and PSC.
Record and report all specification and status of electrical equipment.
Make a schedule to work and rest for the electrician.

Main switch Board.
Emergency switch Board.
Distribution board system.
Group starter panel and Feeder panel.
Remote and safety control of Main Engine
Boiler system.
