At Uber project - Create the working process for Social media Team. - Create the process to improve agent skills to get the solution to solve all case in IRT team. - Promoted to SME after 3 months working. At Grab Project: with 3 months in production. Resposibility manage around over 30 members with all of them was someone who had the bad performance and no team leader want to keep them. Only a haft month later I was help them passed the quality test from Grab Project. And keep them understand that they are still suitable for this position.
