I graduated at Saigon Tourist College in 2011 and will Greaduate Open University in 2019. When I was a student I always active joined social activities such as green summer to improve life of poor people,I was accepted for part-time job which equipped me necessary soft skills and useful lessons for my future jobs. I worked for international company and get some experience that will go with me in all working time. I actively joined many courses NLP at Leading Performance Education like Finding your life purpose and passion, Living Perfect relationship.... Plus, it was helped me cooperate, communicate with all people I met and created my performance in working. At Uber project - Create the working process for Social media Team. - Create the process to improve agent skills to get the solution to solve all case in IRT team. - Promoted to SME after 3 months working. At Grab Project: with 3 months in production. Resposibility manage around over 30 members with all of them was someone who had the bad performance and no team leader want to keep them. Only a haft month later I was help them passed the quality test from Grab Project. And keep them understand that they are still suitable for this position.
