Main responsibilities: - Plan, design and execute online marketing strategies at destination and property level, enabling more customized and need-based online marketing solutions for the hotels. - Work together with Regional Head of Ecommerce, Revenue team and Regional Head of Sales & Marketing to design strategies to help hotels achieve revenue budget and consequently achieve regional sales target. - Ensure the appropriate activation and set-up of new hotels in all distribution channels (OTA Activation Forms, & group hotel factsheet templates). - Coordinate content management and optimization for group hotels in all languages for OTAs. - Responsible of using all the Revenue Management tools, practices and procedures that make possible to develop strategies to optimize and boost incomes for the hotel in short, medium and long term. - To use all necessary Revenue Management techniques to achieve the budgetary targets of RevPAR, occupancy, ARR and GOP of the hotel. - Coordinate all the Revenue Management tasks in the hotel, and also to optimize the useful resources to implement Revenue Management strategies. - Develop and implement pricing strategy for different demand periods.
