Also small talk to try to get familiar with costumers . - Try to sale and make a hot deal in only 90 minutes after convincing them . Everything have been done in only 2 hours . Finally is making a deal and have a contract. - Making a contract with the customer , collecting money - Going outside and finding potential clients. Talking and building a relationship with the guests - End of day ,making a report : total up how many appointments you have on today and for tomorrow, how many guests show up and how many deal did you make . If you make a deal and collect money , show how much you earn this day - Have a target for every months: how many contract you make for this month ?
