• When I am working as the representative of the Owner side, my role is involvement of the following project management’s scope: a. Taking part in the project management team for the conceptual designing state, checking the discrepancies of the design drawings, checking whether it is compliance with TCVN for some particular design conditions, comments on the ideals of the M&E designer’s submission on behalf of the Owner. b. Workingwith the contractors in negotiating costs / prices with suppliers/ processing& evaluation the tender. Double-checking the progress claim submitted by the contractors. c. Project execution to ensure that the project is to meet the quality standards, completion deadlines, and budget. d. Site supervision: checking the M&E installation on site in conjunction with specification and drawing, co-ordination with the designer/consultant on the approval of sub contractors’ submission about shop drawing and equipments/materials. e. Testing &commissioning – Handing over for the project completion. f. Monitoring project execution and report to Project Director and Board of Management. g. Chief Engineer for the property which was being launched out into the pre-opening stage, then to the soft opening as well as property operation. • When I am working for the Singaporean M&E Contractor, my Project Manager role is involvement of the following M&E scope: a. All majors are the M&E work in the projects ofhigh rise building, hotel, resort and factory; Including of electrical system : Power&Lighting system, Telephone&Data system, Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, MATV, Security system, BMS and Mechanical system : MVAC system, Plumbing&Sanitary system, Swimming Pool, Fire Protection system. b. Preparing the 2nd BOQ to identify the project’s profit as the financial plan. c. Preparing the Shop drawing submission plan as well as its impletion. d. Preparing the equipment/materials submission plan as well as its impletion. e. Evaluate the sub-contractors’ tender as well as supervision/monitoring their impletion. f. Execution/supervision the whole M&E installation work on site. g. Preparing the monthly progress claim. h. Attending the project meeting as the PM on behalf of the contractor. i. Carrying out the testing& commissioning for the project completion.

1. August 2013 – now – Working for IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), taking the role of Director of Engineering in IHG Hotel Nha Trang. • Lead the engineering team in the pre-opening stage till opening hotel. • Set up/implementation the critical path for pre-opening stage. • Implementation the hand over/take over, testing & commissioning between the Owner/Contractor and IHG (Hotel Operator). • Set up the team to operate all technical systems when the property is being launched into operation. • Follow up the review/consolidation of Fire Life Safety systems in the property to comply with IHG Brand Safety Standards. • Set up / monitoring the implementation of preventative maintenance program for the property. • Energy management in accordance with “Green Engage” management system of IHG Brand Standards. 2- October 2010 – August 2013 – working for Swiss-Belhotel International, the hotel management/operator. • Taking over the role of “Regional Director of Engineering in Vietnam”. • The representative of the Hotel Operator as the Technical Specialist in the designingproject meeting, testing& commissioning and property management. • Chief Engineer for the property which was being launched out into the pre-opening stage, then to the soft opening as well as property operation. • Manage the technical maintenance programme for the operated properties as the role of “Regional Director of Technical Services” of the Hotel Operator. 3- October 2008 – October 2010 – working for HONGMA CONSTRUCTION J.S.C - the Owner of SMS TOWER PROJECT at Quang Trung Software City – Taking over the role of Senior M&E Project Engineer as the representative of the Owner in M&E work, co-ordination with Designer/consultancy of M&E, Structure, Architecture in M&E concept design, Detail design development, Tender stage, Site Supervision and Project Management. 4 .August 2006 – October 2008 – Working for Times Square Joint Stock Company belong to Larkhall Holding Group-HongKong-The developer of TIMES SQUARE PROECT – Taking over the role of M&E Project Engineer as the representative of the Owner in M&E work, co-ordination with Designer/consultancy of M&E, Structure, Architecture in M&E concept design, Detail design development, Tender stage, Site Supervision and Project Management. 5. 1996-2006: HTE ENGINEERINGCO.,Ltd – Singaporean M&E Contractor (Project Engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager) Projects done: <1>DBS Residence Project at 8A Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, district 3, HCMC-Project Engineer.
