• Provide and deliver first-class Employee Relations services to Human Resources Manager and management team • Assist the Human Resources Manager with Human Resources strategy including succession planning processes in individual hotels • Manage employee relations issues in the resort in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out • Help achieve departmental goals outline by the HRM. • Support the resort’s Learning and Development Team with departmental training requirements • Control costs when possible and assist in meeting resort/departmental financial targets • Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines • Ensure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation • Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry • Assist and resolve team member and management queries
General - Contact point for HR department for department’s and employee’s related matters. - To liaise with other departments on related issues. - Maintain confidential information. - Assist in preparing Human Resources policy and procedures. - Assist to fulfill all legal requirements taken care by HR department. - Attend training and meetings as required. - Compensation & benefits - Control rosters, timesheets and disciplinary information. - Prepare payrolls with high accuracy in all details. - Process monthly social insurance calculations and adjustment. - Coordinate personal accident for all staffs and notify of staffs changing to insurance company. - Manage leave applications for all staff and monitor monthly days of working for all staff. - Maintain filing system for Human Resources. Ensure that all filings are organized according to the agreed standard and codes. - Posting notices and relevant information on the employee notice board. - Maintain records of work related accidents and health problems. - Conducting initial exit interviews and assist with Employee surveys - Updating photo, staff movement, promotions, salary changes, and other information on timely basis. - Make all HR related reports (add-hoc and periodical) - Assist with obtaining visa/ residence card, work permit and other legal requirements for foreign staff.
Compensation and Benefit - Make time attendance on Mapic System every day. - Payroll feed on the system. - Receive all Document from Production department and Office Staff and fill up on the GP 8000 System. - Manage all day-off, annual leave, business trip, working time, over time… - Make ID cards, ATM for all employees. - Check all department timesheet at the end of the month to ensure correctness. - Manage data of all employees who resigned. - Arrange and save files of all employees, include new employees and current employees. - Support all other departments if have request.
Compensation and Benefit - Managing data of all employees - Timekeeping (working time, overtime, day-off, annual lives, business trip, etc.) and making report monthly for all employees of the company. - Making ID cards, ATM for new staff - Monitoring labor contracts and preparing labor contracts for new employees, extending or terminating labor contracts for the existing employees - Managing office supplies, ensuring HR forms and patterns to be available for using Recruitment - Following up recruitment requests and timely making recruitment plan - Looking for candidates and selecting proper candidates - Supporting HR manager during candidate interview Training and Development - Making training schedule - Support training manager in preparing training program (subject, content, supporting activities, etc.) - Preparing for training class and support training manager during training course.
