Tên tôi là Thomas Thảo Trần. Tôi đã tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh tại MSU – Eli Broad College of Hospitality Management, Đại học Michigan USA, nơi tôi đã học hỏi được một kiến thức tốt và kỹ năng về các hoạt động kinh doanh và dịch vụ đối với khách hàng. Tôi cũng đã có hơn mười lăm năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí Quản lý điều hành nhà hàng và khách sạn. Ngoài ra, tôi còn có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như theo nhóm. Tôi cũng đã quen với áp lực công việc. Vì vậy, tôi tin rằng tôi đã chuẩn bị để đáp ứng mọi sự mong đợi từ Quý Công ty.
