Chief Accoutant: + Set up and monitor the operation of Finance and Accounting Department. + Ensure that all general accounting are completed in a timely and accurate manner by managing daily operations in accounting. 2. Internal controlling + Maintain all internal financial control & observe all internal controls closely to eliminate any possibility of fraud or other irregularities. + Control cost and expenses of the company to remain within the annual budgets, comply with accounting principles in terms of timing and nature of the cost. 3. Financing + Preparation of cash flow forecast for next year. + Budgeting revenue, cost, expenses for next year. + Preparation of cash flow forecast on monthly basis, cooperation with other departments, such as purchasing to have the payment plan. + Propose investment appraisal project include: buy new or leasing fixed asset, Short term investment, bulk purchase to get discount or not, settle early discounting, advice accept or not new project 4. Reporting + Prepare the financial statement and provide necessary analysis to the management. + Provide adequate, on time and accurate the monthly management statement: Performance report and daily census, revenue and collection from sale report. + Prepare the monthly statistic statement to submit statistic Department and Foreign Economic relation Department. 5. Achievement: - Review and recalculate cost of good sold of laboratory service, radiology service & surgery services, others according to usage material, labor, other expenses  Propose price of these services  Increase hospital’s cencus - Review all hospital’s expenses.
