Since I graduated in October 2010, I worked as an intern and then I have become an official staff through different positions in hospitality industry up to now. I understood how heavy the workload is for a housekeeper, the difficulties of a waitress, the challenge of a receptionist, and how meticulous one has to be as a reservations agent. Every workplace from families running businesses to international corporations, every position from the front lobby to back office, every task requiring either manual labors or intellectual jobs all have shown me the undeniable fact that almost all the assigned work will get finished with the highest quality only when you work with 100 percent of fervency and all your heart.
