Managed more than 14 properties, four and five star hotels and resorts 1. Planning & Implementation: Research, data analysis and cooperation with the sale team to make the Digital Marketing Plan for domestic and inbound. Implementation, tracking and maximize revenue from Ads (Google, Meta, Tiktok, Yandex), SEO, Retarget Marketing, Meta Search.... Total Direct booking achieved the ROAS of 684% (more than 13B revenue) in 2024, and ROAS 456% (more than 4B revenue) in Jan and Feb 2025. Proposed CIS market advertising test, helped OTA revenue increase 4 times. 2. Website: Plan and execute SEO, Optimize Booking Engine, website maintain. Create realtime reporting systems, website performance reports, SEO report, social media and digital marketing campaigns. Achieved 6.7B in revenue from Organic Traffic (2024) and 2.1B (Jan and Feb 2025). Research and propose “Pay per stay” model, contributed 473M revenue (from Nov 2024), and increased brand awareness as a result of partner advertising methods. 3. Advertising: Build a sustainable business advertising account system (Meta, Google, TikTok, Yandex), and issue VAT ads invoices, Security control. Identify USP for each property, use it for advertising activities to increase efficiency. Build an advertising process, Implementation, tracking, data analysis and performance optimization. Achieved 33K messages, 492% ROAS (5B) in 2024; 3K messages, 593% ROAS (3B) in Jan-Feb 2025. 4. Social media (Facebook - Instagram - Tiktok): Create a social media guideline and content censorship process. Work with agencies to control work effectively. Cooperate content creator team to build Tiktok for hotels and projects with many viral videos on Tiktok. Verified badge for 13 fanpages, verified Tiktok Account for 14 properties (to insert link, CTA button in the bio) 4. Google Maps, Tripadvisor: Create new, claim the old one, optimize profile, control security and fix system issues. Proposed seeding plan to increase ratings and customer reach on Google Maps. In 2024, more than 3.2M impressions were made on Google Maps across 14 properties. 5. Other: Research and propose the other projects to DOM, BOD, as required. Training for propertie’s marketing team about new marketing project, update new knowledge. Coordinate with other teams of the Marcom department to implement events and photo-shooting activities.
