My name is Nhi and I have experienced hospitality since my first year in university as industry placement in 2016. Starting from F&B department, I have worked my way through Housekeeping, Front office, and finally Revenue department in which I am most interested in. I considered myself as customer-oriented. When dealing with the guests, I tried to understand the guest at most. To do this, I am able to learn and understand hotel's products and service in detailed so I could offer them with most suitable products and service.
