- Support account creation and contract updates for exhibitors.
- Answer questions about regulations or diculties lling out the facility/infrastructure registration form via email.
- Managed and trained new telesale collaborators, wrote telesale scripts, and designed surveys for exhibitors and buyers.
- Contact and book hotel rooms for VIP Guests and VIP Buyers.
On-site:
- Check-in, receive badges and remind exhibitors of the rules to be followed. Within the authority of the position, handle unexpected requests from exhibitors.
- Managed and guided part-time collaborators at the exhibition.
- Collect and summarize surveys from exhibitors and buyers and report results to superiors.
