Wonderbox is a leading European Group in the leisure/travel industry with an annual turnover of 250M€ / VND 6,6T. • In charge of global sales for the Swiss market, developing a network of 85 retail stores: Manor, Fnac, MediaMarkt and acquiring 2 new retailers: Maxi Toys, Fun with a total of 10 stores. • Increased brand visibility by negotiating the implementation of 50 carousel displays in-store and modernizing product shelves with backlit furniture. Results: gain of 3500 facings, 50% of the category moved from customer service to high-traffic aisles. • Multiplied by 3 our presence in shopping malls during peak season: Black Friday until Christmas. Best success: implementation of an exclusive 25m² shop-in-shop in Switzerland’s largest mall, Centre Balexert, generating a turnover of 80k€ / VND 2,1B and leading to a record market share of 33%. • Improved efficiency by hiring a new agency: 3 merchandising runs per year to strengthen our presence, obtain competitors’ information and recruit top promoters, focusing instead on strategical tasks: management of promotional campaigns, trade marketing needs, budget planning, daily follow-up KPI’s, reports to N+1, N+2. • In charge of B2B, developed a regular business flow and scored a top deal with Nestlé: 100K€ / VND 2,7B. • Awarded twice for a salary increase after positioning myself as the category “captain”. • Annual turnover generated: 4M€ / VND 107B winning 6 points market share in a highly competitive market.
