- Operate security systems, including: o CCTV system o Access control system o Parking system o Fire alarm system - Security patrol, timely detection of security and safety issues. - Control staff entry and exit, prevent loss of hotel assets. - Handle situations related to security and safety and promptly report to superiors. - Assist the security manager in investigating cases of theft of personal/company property, fighting, vandalism, illegal movement of company assets, sexual harassment and any other security-related incidents. - Respond to emergency situations as directed by superiors - Other tasks assigned by the security manager.

- Establish an Internal Security Control process and Security Control Department. - Establish an annual Internal Security Control plan, prevent fraud and corruption. - Establish a detailed control program and process for activities at supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City - Evaluate the accuracy, regularly check and control supermarket activities. - Identify risks that need to be controlled, problems, sources of inefficiency and develop a plan to minimize these problems. - Discuss and confirm on findings and solutions with relevant Department Heads - Carry out internal control work to ensure compliance with the Inspectorate's procedures and policies (at departments/divisions/sections/divisions...) - Report (in writing) the Internal Control situation at the Company to the Group's Board of Supervisors, General Director - Monitor and supervise the implementation of approved risk mitigation solutions - Organize/conduct internal training courses within the Company on the implementation of procedures related to security, safety, fire prevention and fighting activities - Carry out other inspections and checks as required by the Director, Group's Board of Supervisors, General Director. - Participate in completing the operating procedures of the departments. - Managing and training third-party Security guards. - Managing Security systems, including: o CCTV system o Access Control system o Vehicle Parking system o Fire Alarm system - Conducting investigation into cases of company / personal property theft, fighting, vandalization, unauthorized movement of company property, sexual harassment, and any other security-related incidents. - Responding to Emergency situations. - Developing Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

- Patrol, control security and handle unsafe issues at tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. - Provide information and guidance to tourists. - Training and inspect the grooming, behavior and attitude of officers and employees, ensure that they are present at their work locations. - Investigate and prevent negativity and fraud by officers and employees during the performance of their duties. - Coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City Police and other units to perform specialized tasks such as: Strengthen patrols and control security on holidays, New Year's, and festivals of the city. Resolve disturbances, noisy gatherings, protests, and terrorism. - Plan to deploy teams to perform other tasks as required by the Ho Chi Minh city People's Committee. - Support tasks as required by the Director.
