I have been involved in building and developing operations from the ground up, including setting up management systems, preparing facilities, recruiting, and training staff. My involvement in pre-opening projects has given me a deep understanding of the essential elements required to launch a restaurant or hotel with a high standard of professionalism and efficiency from day one. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead large teams with hundreds of employees, with a strong focus on training to ensure that every team member can deliver the best possible service to guests. I am also skilled in cost control and operational coordination, consistently seeking creative solutions to optimize revenue and minimize unexpected expenses. I have extensive experience in organizing and managing large-scale events and conferences at some of the top venues in Vietnam:
Diamond Bay Resort & Spa: Managed a conference hall with a capacity of 1,500 guests and a pool area for parties of up to 1,200 guests. This venue hosted the Miss Universe 2008 pageant.
The Reed Ninh Binh: Oversaw one of the largest wedding and conference centers in Ninh Binh Province.
Royal Lotus Da Nang: Operated the largest convention center in Da Nang, which also served as the Media Center for APEC 2017.
VinOasis Phu Quoc: Managed the largest convention center in the Vingroup network, accommodating up to 4,000 guests.
Quinter Central Nha Trang: Supervised the largest wedding and conference center in Nha Trang, generating monthly revenue of 6-10 billion VND.
