My name is Nguyen Pham Gia Khang, I graduated in Tourism & Hospitality Management at RMIT University. I am well-educated in service quality and communication, combined with creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to provide the best quality of service to the hospitality industry. In 2020, I completed the training program as a Receptionist at Fit24 as my first job. After that, I successfully graduated from the Internship course as a Front Office Trainee at the Pullman Saigon Centre. While working at Pullman, I have the opportunity to work both as an Operator and Front Desk trainee in a professional environment as well as to learn to fulfill guests’ demands. Throughout the work, I was acknowledged as a hard-working colleague and inquisitive learner of new experiences. Moreover, I have strong English communication skills which will benefit me in working for an international company. With my excitement for the hospitality industry, I look forward to developing my skills in the FO department in the short term. In the long term, I would like to participate in a Manager role. However, I always consider myself a learner and am willing to dedicate the best quality of service to your company.
