I am Nguyễn Quang Trọng, a final-year student at Ton Duc Thang University. During my studies, I have had the opportunity to intern in various departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge at different restaurants and hotels. These experiences have allowed me to develop my communication skills, time management abilities, and teamwork capabilities. They have also given me a deeper understanding of hotel operations and enhanced my ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. With a passion for and dedication to the hospitality industry, I am eager to apply for the position of Operator to utilize my accumulated experience and contribute to the hotel's growth. I believe that with my skills and enthusiasm, I can provide the best service to guests and effectively support the team.
