I am writing to express my interest in the position of Guest Service. I strongly believe that my qualifications are consistent with those desired by your organization. Learned to be a professional server at STREEST for an eighteen-month training program with the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, USA. I completed the program and I was awarded an International Certificate in Hospitality Service. When I studied there, I learned a lot of things including English language classes like listening, speaking, writing, and reading. Especially, I learned some skills such as Life Skills, Time Management, Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Emergency Handling, Food Safety, and Computer skills. In addition, I was an apprentice server at STREETS, I learned how to handle guests’ complaints, serve guests, and answer questions about menu items. I know the correct way to take guests’ orders and serve a-la-carte, wine, and banquet service, and recommend desserts, cocktails, etc… By the way, I used to work at Trân Local Food Restaurant for about one and a half years in Da Nang before I came to STREETS International. I have some experience in the job, so I realized that I could work well with other people even under stressful situations. I believe that I work well. Moreover, I have good critical thinking and communication skills. I am highly proficient in applying materials in analyzing problem situations. After a long time of working in teams as part of coursework and many activities, I undoubtedly believe that my leadership skills would satisfy your expectations. Most importantly, I enjoy new and challenging work. After that, I was a waitress at Nam An Resort in Da Nang about 1 year ago, I was a Supervisor at Vinpearl Land Nam Hôi An and Four Seasons The Nam Hai Hoi An and Furama Resort Da Nang.
