I'm in my fourth of my bachelor's degree and my major is hotel management at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. I have 2 months of experience in concierge position as an intern at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay Resort and 3 months of experience in reception position as an intern at Selectum Noa Resort Cam Ranh. I also spend time improving my foreign language, learning about the culture of any country and best to become a better employee.
Being an active person and always giving one hundred percent of my enthusiasm to my work, I am sure that I will complete the assigned task well. I want to work at front office to apply the knowledge I have learned to work to master the knowledge and apply it to the assigned tasks and bring value to the company.

Main responsibilities: - Welcome and guide guest to the front desk when checking in. - Support the management and transfer of customers' luggage during check-in, stay and check out or when guests need to change rooms. - Recieve information about technical and technology problems to customers with related departments to resolve as quickly as possible. - Assist in arranging transportation for customers.
- Receive relevant professional training related tasks such as how to use Opera software, data entry and creating customer profiles. Information as well as skills and knowledge on implementing processes related to room status, entering customer information in accommodation declaration software, and customer check-in and check-out procedures.
