My name is Vo Tan Khoa, I am working in the field of the hospitality industry, my position is Chief Engineer. And hope that I will become a key staff of the Hotel, Resort with strong belief in my qualification, sacrifice, focus, self-discipline and working experiences. My responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility. Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property. Ensure the quality of all work completed by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good engineering practice. Contribute to the effectiveness of business activities Complete the other tasks which assigned by the leader. I am keen to put all my efforts, experiences and knowledge into working in the hospitality fields in order to secure superior services. Be sides, having had experience in working in multicultural environments allows me to understand, interact, coordinate as well as solve issues with guests and colleagues from different parts of the world. Furthermore, I am used to work with high attention to details under pressure, minor supervisions and control by myself. My time schedule is also very flexible so that it allows me to work for long hours not only on weekdays but also at the weekends and the public holiday. My motivation for working is keeping learning and having new experiences as well as support for the fellowship to making all guests happy and turning their moments into memories.

Prepare and set up events, conferences, wedding parties ... Follow-up on correct execution of works entrusted to the Contractors on repairing and completed items the project. Follow-up in collaboration with the departments to take care and control the Utilities - POMEC to make plan energy saving, environment protection... Make the budget, plan employee training programs. Reporting for management about activities. Stop working due to family undertakings

Support and take care of landscaping department. Prepare and set up events, conferences, wedding parties ... Take care and follow-up Utilities - POMEC to make plan energy saving, environment protection... Make the budget, plan employee training programs. Reporting for management about activities. Stop working due to business operations affected by COVID - 19
