Participating in the inspection of the MEP system and civil work during the handover period from the contractor. Manage and update system defects, send requests to contractors to perform warranty and maintenance Set up the FM department including interviews and training. Control use of the Utilities (electricity, water, Gas) of the building; Record, monitor, and control the electricity and water usage of the building by daily recording the consumption of the main electricity and water meter of the building. Create and maintain energy usage logs and have a clear awareness of the consumption variables of daily utility use. Plan management and propose energy-saving for the building. Calculate the after-hours cooling costs. Based on the actual situation, propose a suitable calculation method and cost to ensure a balance between the customer and the investor. Planning and controlling the Opex and Capex budgets for the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering on an annual basis, as well as for three years. Propose solutions to improve the system to ensure optimal and safe operation. Propose an enhancement and improvement plan for a suitable technical system that meets the customer’s needs. Calculate and review the MEP system drawings for the Food and Beverage business area to ensure the contractor’s proposed solutions comply with current regulations and design standards. Manage of the contractor of the work maintenance at the building Check and approve construction drawings for site renovation
