- Reopening hotel - Operating Hotel Management System. - Co-operate with other departments Sales, Reservation, Financial, FO, FB, Reception for using: Opera, Simphony, MC, Future Log, Sun, HTKK and Etc. - Manage PABX Alcatel telephone system. - Controlling hotel and residences network system. - Working with contractor to ensure stableness for system. - Controlling hotel servers system, update patches and fix error occurs. - Monitor all IT system in hotel to ensure hotel operation running smoothly. - Supporting guest in hotel and residences in IT- Relating issues. - Assist hotel’s staff to make sure IT system supports well for their jobs. - Manage the internet LAN,WAN and other network equitment. - Work with contractors, urge and supervise construction techniques according to the Group's standards. - Arrange and schedule to upgrade and maintain the system without affecting the working progress of the company. Track the number of computers and network equipment and place orders when there is a shortage. - Provide user orientation and guidance on the operating methods of new software and computing devices
